2019 Open Box Lacrosse Training

Open Box Lacrosse Training will focus on small area sticks skills and games. Using the space and walls of the box to increase reps and teach box lacrosse concepts and skills to increase overall player skill including handling pressure, stick protection, using picks and defending picks, shooting accuracy, and awareness.

1:00-2:00 PM: Grades 3-8
2:00-3:00 PM: Grades 9-12
- December 9, 16, 23, 30
- January 6, 13, 20, 27
- February 3, 10, 24
- March 3 (We will start an hour later 2:00 & 3:00 PM)
All Training will take place at the Wilton YMCA
Players will need full equipment for box training.
Cost will be $110 to cover the cost of the facility.
All players need to download and fill out this release form to participate and bring to training.
