Our Girls K-3 Fall team will introduce the lacrosse skills (passing, catching, cradling, shooting, ground balls) through fun and engaging activities and games.  Coaches will stress the learning aspect of this program and building a love for the game of lacrosse.  Our K-3 Team will meet twice a week for practice.  Players must have a U.S. Lacrosse Membership to register for our fall program.  Membership is $30 and is good for one year.  You can click the highlighted link to register.

Dates & Times: Practices will be held on Tuesday Evenings 5:00-6:00 PM & Saturday Mornings 9:00-10:00 AM on the Athletic Fields behind Wood Rd. Elementary School.

• September: 21st, 25th, 27th​

• October: 2nd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th, 23rd, 26th, 30th

• November: 2nd, 6th, 9th 

​Cost: $50 and each girl will receive a Ballston Spa Lacrosse Shirt & Pinney

 

 

Equipment Needed: Each girl will need a lacrosse stick.  Cleats and mouth guards are recommended.  Goggles may be worn but not required for this level.  If you are in need of a stick email Coach Snow at ASnow1007@gmail.com
