Our Girls 4-6 Fall team will introduce and build on the lacrosse skills (passing, catching, cradling, shooting, ground balls) through fun and sport specific drills and games.  Coaches will stress the learning aspect of this program and building a love for the game of lacrosse.  We will be working on positions and team concepts and working toward playing a game or two toward the end of the October.  Our 4-6 Team will meet twice a week for practice.  Players must have a U.S. Lacrosse Membership to register for our fall program.  Membership is $30 and is good for one year.  You can click the highlighted link to register.

Dates & Times: Practices will be held on Tuesday Evenings 5:00-6:00 PM & Saturday Mornings 9:00-10:00 AM on the Athletic Fields behind Wood Rd. Elementary School.

• September: 21st, 25th, 27th​

• October: 2nd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th, 23rd, 26th, 30th

• November: 2nd, 6th, 9th 

​Cost: $100 and each girl will receive a Ballston Spa Lacrosse Shirt & Pinney
